Care Plus Home Health Inc.is owned and operated by nurses who have provided care for those with special needs and the elderly in Kitsap County since 1997.
Home Health Services - such as personal care, nursing care, errands, companionship, housekeeping services all supervised by RNs.
Adult Family Home support- take advantage of our caregiver training, certification, supplemental staffing, Nurse Delegation, move-in assessments, continuing education and employee health services.
Caregiver Training and Certification -Caregiving classes and CPR-First Aid are some of the services Care Plus can provide. Train to become a Certified at our Port Orchard training center. Information meetings are held monthly.
