Attendance/Cancellation
Policy: If you are not able to pre-register on-line you ar welcome to phone, fax, email to pre-register
for any class. Receipt of tuition reserves your place. Most classes are limited to 12.
Group discounts available. Classes may be canceled for low enrollment. Tuition
is non-refundable unless class is cancelled.
Tuition is not reimbursable after text books have been issued or after the
first day of class,which ever is first. You may register
for several people on this form.
Every effort is made to give 48 hour notice when classes
must be canceled. Registrations received less than 48 hours prior to class may not be in time to assure acceptance
Please call the office for confirmation prior to class. All course work must be completed within 14 days of the last
class or the course must be rescheduled at full tuition. For self-study classes, tests must be scheduled 2 weeks from
the date of registration. Retest fee of $45 required for any tests not taken on the scheduled date.
Certificates are issued at the end of the course (or completion of test as appropriate). Cost of the
certificate is included in the tuition, however there is a $10 fee for second or replacement certificates. When allowed
by the State of Washington, students have an interpreter at their own expense. If a student plans to bring an interpreter,
they must notify the instructor in advance.
You
