Certification Classes - The next certification course begins February 13th at 9am. An applications is required. Please attend a free informational meeting to lean more about our Certification Programs. Tuition for Nursing Assistant Certification $450. Tuition for Home Care Aid Certification $395. Other costs are discussed at an informational meeting.

Fundamentals of Caregiving — For caregivers who worked prior to January 7, 2012. This class is given over 5 sessions. Caregivers have 120 days from date of hire to complete this class. $165 (Caregiver who did not work until after this date of required to take certifications classes. Attend a free informational meeting to learn more)

New Hire Orientation & Safety - this 5 hour class helps anyone new to Adult Family Homes get a broad overview of job expectations and safe patient care. Students will also get information on classes they may be required to take on their journey toward certification. $35

DSHS Dementia Speciality Training for Caregivers — One day class for DSHS certificate. Check the calendar for dates. Students need to get their books prior to class.$60. program.

DSHS Mental Health for Caregivers —One day class for DSHS certificate. Check the calendar for dates. Students need to get their books prior to class.$60.

Nurse Delegation for Caregivers—One day class. Check calendar for dates. Students need to get their books prior to class. $45

Special Focus on Diabetes (Insulin Delegation) - One day class. Check calendar for dates. Students need to have completed Nurse Delegation for Caregivers prior to this class (bring your Nurse Delegation certificate). Studends need to get their book prior to class. $35

Modified Fundamentals of Caregiving—Self study class for CNAs (or equivalent training), LPNs & RNs working in assisted living. Call for appointment. Bring credentials/certificate. $35

Manager Speciality Training for Dementia and Mental Health—Bring caregiver certificates, textbooks and ID. The cost is $75 for each or $135 for both.

Continuing Ed—3 CEU class , topics vary. 3 topics per session. Check calendar for dates. $25

Self Study Continuing Education - by appointment. $10 per hour/topic.

CPR for Health Professionals—$45 -- First Aid follows CPR $15

Some classes need students to get their texts before the first day of class. Texts can be picked up or mailed after we receive your registration.

Please pre-register for all classes. Folks who show up without pre-registering may miss out.

Classes break for lunch, you are welcome to bring lunch and snacks.

Tuition may be paid by cash, check, or credit card.
